By submitting the below form you understand and agree

1. You must have at least one credit card in your profile for the subscription to begin

2. Your card will not be charged until the subscription package ships

3. Monthly packages are shipped on/around the 15th of every month

4. If you register on/before the 10th of the month your subscription begins that month

5. If you register on/after the 11th of the month your subscription will start the following month

6. The monthly recurring subscription will be deducted, using the credit card you designate on/around the 15th of every month

7. You can cancel the subscription at any time with 30 days notice

8. Operation of the MKH Candle of the Month clubs is at the sole discretion of MidKnight Hour and can be altered or stopped at any time with 30 days notice
